Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This superb newly renovated wood and stone apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the 1800 resort in the "Les Colchiques" building of the residence "Les Hauts de Préclaux", close to all amenities (restaurants, superette, bakery, rental of winter sports equipment,...).For sleeping, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, two single bunk beds of 80 x 190 cm in the night corner and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.The bright living room offers a living area with TV, a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests at the table and a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave...A bathroom with bathtub to relax after a sports day in the mountains; and a separate toilet complete the whole.Perfect for a "ski to foot" stay, you will have a private ski box to store all your ski equipment and you can reach the slopes from the exit of the ski locker.For your convenience, access to the residence's heated outdoor pool is included; as well as sauna cabins and fitness area (well-being area open in season only in summer and winter).
