The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, a dining table, and a work desk. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other valuable appliances. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a cosy retreat with a queen-size bed, ample storage for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay.

The bathroom is well-appointed with towels, toiletries, and everything you need to freshen up.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay.

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator.

This property is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from the Richelieu - Drouot metro station and a 3-minute walk from the Quatre-Septembre metro station. This prime location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing for seamless exploration of the city's attractions and amenities.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
