Located on the 6th floor without elevator, this bright studio includes:
- a sleeping area in mezzanine with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- Near the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est.
- Close to many shops and restaurants.

For your daily errands, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is just 2 minutes walk.

If you like to stroll through the markets, the marché couvert Saint-Quentin is 5 minutes walk from the apartment (available every day except Monday).

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre at 24 minutes walking;
- the Palais Garnier, 14 minutes by metro;
- the Musée du Louvre, 17 minutes away;
- the Jardin des Tuileries 22 minutes by train, and many more.

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
