This elegant 140 m² home can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers an ideal holiday setting in the heart of La Capte village, just 220 meters from the beach and within walking distance of shops, the market, and restaurants. Tastefully renovated, the villa charms with its spacious interiors, private pool, sun-drenched terraces, and rooftop—perfect for unwinding at any time of day.

Spread over two levels, the villa features on the garden level two beautiful air-conditioned master suites, each equipped with a King Size bed and a private shower room, with direct access to the patio. One of the suites also boasts a walk-in closet and stunning views of the swimming pool.
The large, light-filled and welcoming living area opens onto the outdoor spaces and connects seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for sharing delicious moments with family or friends. A laundry room and a garage complete this level.

Upstairs, two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed, comfortably accommodate the rest of the group. This floor also includes a shower room with toilet and direct access to the rooftop, perfect for soaking up the sunshine, admiring the blue sky, or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

For added independence or privacy, a fully self-contained apartment is also available.
