The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 85 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 500 meters from the Courseulles beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (190x90) with en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x190) with en-suite shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: underfloor heating/cooling on the ground floor, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 50 m² garden with a 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in the heart of the town center, yet still very quiet, just a few steps from the shops and restaurants of Rue de la Mer. The market, which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays, is just 100 meters away.

Activities :
Discover the D-Day beaches, the Courseulles Canadian Museum and the Arromanches Museum with its 360° circular cinema. You can also enjoy numerous activities: water sports, sailing school, tennis, equestrian club, fishing, and much more.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (small car). There's also a free parking space in front of the house.
