We invite you to discover this recently built villa with excellent amenities, air conditioning, and a capacity of six people.

You can enjoy a private, heated swimming pool (1.40m deep, 6.20m x 3.20m, with a security alarm) with a pleasant pool deck and covered terrace.
The house comprises a large, air-conditioned living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room.

There is a first bedroom with a dressing room and TV, two further bedrooms, a shower room, and two separate toilets.

The property also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, an electric griddle, and a pétanque court.
