For your holiday on the Vendée coast, we offer this town house with its 45 m² courtyard, arranged to accommodate 5 people, ideally 2 adults and 3 children. The accommodation is not necessarily suitable for hosting 5 adults.



In the independent kitchen, you will find everything necessary for your meals: an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Tassimo pod coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle will allow you to start the day well. You can have your meals in the kitchen, or on the terrace, fitted out for your meals and to relax in the sun. A gas plancha is also at your disposal for delicious grilled dishes.



In the living room, a sofa bed offers sleeping accommodation for two people. You will also find two comfortable armchairs, a television with a digital terrestrial television decoder and a DVD player.



In the bedroom, you will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bed of 110 x 190 cm, ideal for children, separated by a screen for more privacy.



The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a washing machine. At the back of this room, you will also find the toilet. A baby chair and a booster seat are provided.



At approximately 250 m, a car park is available with public spaces, next to the library.
