##Space

In terms of layout, the apartment is as follows:

- A large living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils...), a dining area for 4 people and a lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table.

- A north-facing balcony offers views of the Dent du Chat mountain and the end of the Domaine de Marlioz, it is embellished with a small dining table with 2 chairs

- A first bedroom with its Queen size bed (160x200cm), a desk and a cupboard/wardrobe.

- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe cupboard.

- A bathroom with shower and sink.

- Independent toilets.

- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.

It should be noted that,

- As the key collection is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.
- There is NO DISHWASHER.

The apartment, located on the south side in Aix-Les-Bains, is located in:

-5 minutes from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (ON FOOT: LESS THAN 15 MINUTES FROM THE GOLF COURSE, THE RACECOURSE, THE TENNIS CLUB AND THE THERMES DE MARLIOZ)

-Less than 10 minutes from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...).

- 25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage

- 30 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake

- A 30-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz

Aix-les-Bains is very well served:
By car, by the Alpine motorway network:
- 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva
- 50 minutes from Grenoble
- 30 minutes from Annecy
By train:
- its station is served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours
By plane:
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
