Our charming two-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in a Nice building, it has air conditioning in the living room and a continuous balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom.



Spacious, fully equipped, nicely decorated & comfortable, the accommodation is the perfect pied-à-terre for a long stay for two in the City of Angels.



The apartment is configured as follows:

- The entrance is equipped with a row of storage cabinets, facing it is the door to the bathroom with a vanity unit, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine

- The entrance hall opens onto a bright & spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, dining table; open to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)

- A French window gives you access from the living room as well as from the bedroom to the continuous balcony equipped with a table & chairs to enjoy a sunny breakfast

- Finally, the bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed (140x190).



You will be located in the heart of the city, 1 minute walk from the Masséna station of tramway line 1 connecting in particular the Nice-Ville train station & the Garibaldi Square. Also, you will be located 5 minutes walk from the central Jean Médecin station, tramway line 2, connecting the airport to the port of Nice.
