In Pléneuf-Val-André, Cocoonr agency offers this charming 130 m² house, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.


The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) and double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Brieuc 28 km (approx. 34 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, 102 km (approx. 1h15)

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
