Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house with sea view in Carnac, close to the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a 90 m² living room (with fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a 3,700 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 90 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed + bathroom with shower and separate toilet

- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) + en-suite bathroom

- One separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 3,700 m² fully fenced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Private access to the river from a pontoon.

The house is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Auray train station 13 km away (20 min by car)
