This apartment for 3 people is located in the converted barn of a high-altitude Vosges farm (750 m) that is home to a flock of sheep.

Offering a peaceful and picturesque rural setting in the heart of the Vosges Mountains, overlooking the Moselle Valley with views of the Ballon d'Alsace and Ballon de Servance, you can enjoy the calm, tranquility, and authentic charm of farm life surrounded by nature.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with a cloakroom, a bicycle storage area, and upstairs, a bedroom, a shower room, and a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge.

Walking and hiking trails start right from the property. The apartment is located above the owners' residence. With a private terrace, the ground floor includes:

- an entrance hall, a storage area for bicycles, strollers, and skis.

On the first floor:
- A living room with: A fully equipped kitchen, 3-burner induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, raclette grill, fondue set. A dining area seating up to 6 people. A lounge area with sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi.

- A bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed and an 80/200 cm bed.

- A bathroom with an 80/80 cm shower, hairdryer, sink with soap, toilet with grab bar, washing machine, clothes rack, and laundry basket.

- A reading corner.

- Pets are not allowed due to the property's constraints: the grounds are not fenced, and other animals are present on the property (sheep, cats, etc.).
Utilities are included. Heating is provided by a pellet stove (pellet pellets are supplied). Linens are included, including sheets and beds made upon arrival. Towels are also included. Parking spaces available.
