On the first floor, you'll find a small office on the landing, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, and a separate toilet with a sink. The second floor comprises two further bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a single bed (90x190 cm).
You'll have access to a 50m² garden with outdoor furniture. Public parking is available 100m below the house.
Towels, linens, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity, and heating are included in the price. The cottage is located on a street leading uphill from the historic center of Sarlat, just a two-minute walk from its restaurants and exceptional medieval architecture.
