Large single-storey, air-conditioned villa of 182 m², fully accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

The 75 m² living area includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge with home cinema and a dining area.

A utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and everything needed to keep the house clean and well maintained (vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.).

The bedrooms are spacious and open onto the garden: two bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds, and a master bedroom with an electric 180 × 200 cm bed, including an en-suite bathroom with a PMR-equipped walk-in shower and a ceiling-mounted transfer lift system with rail. There is also a Zen room with a sofa bed.

An additional bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub featuring chromotherapy jets.

Lighting and roller shutters are operated via touch-sensitive switches. The villa is equipped with a video surveillance system, which will be deactivated during your stay.

A large 80 m² tiled terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and a Weber electric plancha grill (available from April to October).

All set on a wooded, fully enclosed 1,785 m² plot, with a motorized sliding gate providing access to several parking spaces.

The villa is located close to the golf course and the beaches of Lake Biscarrosse, nestled in a peaceful green setting.
The video surveillance cameras will be disconnected during your stay.

Tourist tax applies, according to the current local rate.
A security deposit of €3,000 is required for the property.
Bed linen is available as an optional extra, subject to availability (€25 per double bed, €20 per single bed), as well as towels (€16 per set).
Baby equipment rental is available: high chair, baby cot, baby bathtub (€20 per item).
Love Box: €78 – includes 1 bottle of champagne, 2 candles, and 1 bouquet of roses or rose petals.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly forbidden.
