The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Crach, with a jacuzzi and Wi-Fi, covering an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,515 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Jacuzzi available from May to September
- A lovely 1,515 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Crach, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Auray train station 9.5 km (16 min by car)

Autonomous arrival mandatory: Access to accommodation is from 5:00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
