This house consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a shower with toilet, a living room , a large terrace exposed South with swimming pool and mooring.
On the 1st floor, an bedroom en suite with shower and toilet giving access to a south-facing balcony, a second bedroom also with balcony, both with views over the swimming pool and the Giscle river, a third bedroom on the street side and a shared bathroom with toilet.
On the 2nd floor, a master bedroom with private terrace and solarium, a shower and toilet.

Private parking for one vehicle.
Water Check Cards available free of charge.
No smoking house.
Pets not allowed .
Linen is included in the rental price.
The departure cleaning is not included in the rental price (See conditions in agency).
Tourist tax not included: max. €6.05 per adult per night.
Security deposit collected as a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival.
