Set in a splendid villa, this 49 m² flat is located in the centre of Arcachon, in the summer town, just a few steps from the beach and shopping streets. It sleeps up to 4 people in comfortable, elegant surroundings.

On the 1st floor, without elevator, and with a remarkable ceiling height, it includes:

- a charming living room with a double sofa bed and a workspace,
- an inviting dining room,
- an open-plan kitchen, with a ceiling height of 1.80 meters, fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140 cm),
- a bathroom, with bath and WC,
- cot, baby bath,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- central heating,
- TV, satellite or cable, DVD player, wifi, books,
- one outdoor parking space.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail. The ceiling height in the kitchen, mezzanine and bathroom is 1.8 metres.
