Your villa, located in Valras, with an area of 57 m² for 9 people, consists of:

- Terrace with small enclosed garden;

- Fully equipped kitchen (American fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machines (Tassimo and Nespresso), filter coffee machine, dishes and kitchen utensils);

- Bedroom 1: Queen size beds (160x200);

- Bedroom 2: Double beds (140x200);

- Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (single bed on top and double bed on bottom);

- Two bathrooms with shower, and separate toilets;

- The accommodation has air conditioning;

- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows, iron and fan;

- Heated communal swimming pool;

- Free private outdoor parking spaces No. 36 and 44;

- Possibility to borrow board games and iron from reception.



The La DUNE residence is ideally located:

- 450 metres from sandy beaches;

- 1 kilometre from shops and restaurants;

- 1 kilometre from supermarket;



Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- End-of-stay cleaning: €130

- Sheets pack: €16 / beds

- Towels pack: €12 / person



A €500 deposit will be required upon arrival.
