An independent flat is located in the parking lot of the house above the garages, it is possible to rent it for an extra charge, only by the tenants of the house. It is a two-room flat with a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sitting area in the adjoining room (no kitchen) with all comforts, with air conditioning. Around the house : nautical club for children, botanic garden of Sainte Maxime, tennis club. Sainte Maxime town centre is 1.5 km away. Beach restaurants at the bottom of the path leading to the domain. Possible to take the shuttle boat to Saint Tropez to avoid traffic jams from the port of Sainte Maxime.
