Entrance to the kitchen (refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, three-burner induction cooktop, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set), living room accessible by two steps with television, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm). Separate WC. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Outside: Private terrace on the side of the apartment, with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. One private parking space.

Pets are welcome in our apartment; a supplement of €20 per pet per stay applies.

Oil and electric heating: charges are included in the price.

Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, and dish towels are included in the price. You won't need to bring your own. We want to make your stay as easy as possible for you.

Apartment cleaning is your responsibility before departure. It is not included in the rental price to keep costs down. However, if you would like to avoid this task, you can opt for the cleaning service. Simply select the option when booking, and we'll take care of everything. The cleaning service will cost €40.

In case of an emergency concerning the apartment, you can contact the concierge. The number will be provided after booking.
