You'll enjoy unobstructed views and a small, south-facing balcony where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
Featuring a bedroom in an alcove (closed by curtains), a beautiful living room with open kitchen featuring a sofa bed, and a magnificent modern bathroom, this apartment is ideal for a stay in Cannes.
The apartment is equipped with fiber optic cable, guaranteeing a very good internet connection.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in Cannes' famous banana district. You'll find plenty of shops and you're just a few minutes from Cannes' lively streets (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...), 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. The Gambetta market is 2 minutes away and Macé beach 5 minutes.

## Transit

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the train station. It's the easiest way to get to Cannes. If you're coming by car, there's a public parking lot (for a fee) at the station.

## Notes
Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. It is therefore not recommended for people with mobility problems.
A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. For this we use the secure Swikly online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
