The Cocoonr agency offers this large, south-facing apartment with mountain views for rent in the town of Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire. The ski resort is within walking distance, and there is a sauna and steam room (additional charge) available. The apartment has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a 4-star residence, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with showers). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor of the accommodation:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue set, Magimix food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared indoor swimming pool (5x10), heated and open from December 15 to April 1 (closed on Saturdays for maintenance). The pool is closed the rest of the year.
- A shared sauna and steam room in the residence, available at an extra charge (€10 per session), open from December 15 to April 1
- Billiards and lounge in the residence
- A 6 m² balcony to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private underground parking lot (2 parking spaces available).

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: TGV Saint Jean de Maurienne, about 17 km away, 4 hours from Paris
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Airport, 98 km away
- Resort shuttle at the bottom of the building
