The front door of this 140 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living room features two very comfortable sofas and a large TV, while the dining room offers a large table for up to eight guests.

The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped with all the utensils and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.

The two bedrooms have also been completely renovated. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200), and the second a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity unit and additional toilet. Therefore, there are 2 WC in the flat for more comfort.

A cot and children's bathtub are also available.

You also have access to the apartment's own gym!

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Residents of the 17th arrondissement benefit, first of all, from an exceptional architectural offer. In addition to the Haussmannian buildings, a very large part of the district was built between 1860 and 1969 during the Haussmannian works, and the district is home to sumptuous neo-Renaissance-style buildings. During your walks, you will be able to admire the architecture of the Gaillard Hotel, which is surprisingly radical, and the Guerlain Hotel, which was built for the son of the founder of the famous perfume house. For art lovers, visit the Henner Museum, which is dedicated to the eponymous French artist.
This is a very family-oriented district, which therefore offers many places to stroll with the family, such as the Promenade Pereire. For a moment of relaxation, also head to the brand new Parc de Clichy-Batignolles, the Square des Batignolles or the magnificent Cité des Fleurs, which gives the impression of walking through a village in the heart of the capital. Take a stroll through the Poncelet market, where you will find everything you need to eat, including meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables of very good quality. Continue your walk by the Batignolles market, a covered market famous for its organic products. To eat there, head towards Rue Truffaut. To go out, don't miss the trendy bars on the Place de Clichy, as well as the restaurants and wine bars in the Batignolles district.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Monceau (line 2), is just a 5-minute walk.

The metro station Wagram (line 3) is 6 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
