The L'Olivier apartment is a lovely 1-bedroom flat in the heart of the European Quarter, just a few steps from the European Parliament.



This apartment is located in the Orangerie district, famous for its park and proximity to European institutions. You will appreciate this accommodation for its proportions, location, tasteful decor, and amenities. Practical and cozy, the apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay in Strasbourg, whether alone, as a couple, with friends, for a weekend, on vacation, or for work.

The entire accommodation will be yours. In the spirit of ensuring your satisfaction during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the bed will be made with clean sheets

clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

Bringing young children? You can optionally reserve one or more travel cribs, high chairs, or bedding for the crib starting from €30.

House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens and a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is your responsibility to take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer and microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" service for the apartment for €60 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €120 for cleaning fees will be charged.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be required via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of those present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny access to the accommodation.
