The exhibition center is within walking distance, and your travels are made easy. This spacious 26 m² studio is located on the first floor of a 4-star ADAGIO residence and consists of an entrance, a living-dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchenette, and two 80 cm beds and a sofa bed ( for a kid only) in the same room. Balcony not directly overlooked. You will have a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, flat-screen TV, microwave, and radio. All within a beautiful 4-star residence with services: reception, lounge, breakfast, luggage storage, lounge, laundry, and private parking. Equipped kitchen, lounge.

Independent access with entry code and key box. Access without going through reception directly by lift to the 1st floor, flat 120. The code will be given to you when you book.
For stays of more than 3 nights: a cleaning charge of 50 euros will be added.
For stays of less than a week: an intermediate cleaning is provided. An end-of-stay cleaning charge of 75 euros is payable in addition. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in the same condition as before your departure and to maintain it during your stay.
