It has a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,500 m² garden surrounded by forest. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table and swings.

The house is ideally located in the forest, a haven of peace with no onlookers and the sound of birdsong. The town of Carnac is 3 km away and the nearest beaches 5 km. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
