This spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment enjoys an ideal location near La Banane, just minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals, the train station, shops, and beaches. Its prime position makes it a perfect choice for a relaxing or business stay.
Located on the third floor of a building with elevator access, the apartment stands out for its generous space and beautiful natural light.
All of this creates a warm and practical setting to fully enjoy the city.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
