Apartment

The apartment is located in the Marais extremely close to the Bastille metro station. So most convenient to visit Le Louvre Museum, Les Champs Elysées... The Marais is the vibrant and trendy area of Paris where all the fashion boutiques, restaurants, Museums (Picasso, Beaubourg... ) and where numerous art galleries are located.

The apartment is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet. It is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau building with a historical elevator.

The apartment is 30 m2. There are two rooms with a window on either side.
The first room is furnished with a brand new double bed, an original antique railway desk and an old Parisian fashion style mirror-wardrobe.
The second room is a kitchen equipped with fridge, two hot plates and washing machine.There is also a dining area facing the kitchen space.
Finally there is a window lit bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
All the facilities are in excellent condition.

With two opposite side windows you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the city of light. You can follow the sun from dawn to dusk over the roof tops. This unique bird's eye view conveys an enchanting feeling.
