Cocoonr agency offers this charming 57 m² air-conditioned house with shared swimming pool for rent in the commune of Cogolin. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The property is particularly suited to families and is arranged as follows:
- Access to the house is from the first floor, via a 25 m² terrace, equipped with a dining area and sitting area.
- The main room comprises a 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- From the kitchen, there are two windows with unobstructed views over Grimaud and the hills.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

A staircase in the main room leads to the two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two 140×200 double beds)
- A shower room with shower and washbasin unit
- Separate WC

Each bedroom has a French window giving access to a 20 m² terrace. They are also equipped with a dressing room and a console.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- The first terrace, facing south-east, is furnished with a large table, as well as an outdoor living area comprising a 5-seater sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs.
- The second terrace, facing north-west, is equipped with 4 deckchairs and can be accessed directly from the bedrooms.

Communal areas:
- Two shared, unheated swimming pools are open from mid-May to mid-October. A lifeguard is on duty during this period.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Aix-Marseille train station and Marignane airport nearby
- There is little public transport to Cogolin, so we recommend you use a car.
- Once here, everything is easily accessible on two wheels
- Bikes and scooters for hire 5 minutes away by car

Other remarks :
- Stairs to access the house (around twenty steps).
- The main room has air conditioning, which also helps to cool the bedrooms.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
