The closest car park is Grand Place but there is a charge for it.

Throughout Arras, parking is free between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. and all Sundays. You also benefit from the first hour free if you choose paid parking.

The closest free car parks are the Crinchon or Bergaigne car parks.
