Dear Guests. Welcome to Duplex LX Factory, a typical Portuguese townhouse with patio. With its ideal location, you can enjoy Lisbon, its surroundings and the beautiful beaches. We have prepared a guide to share with you the best addresses in and around the area (cafés, restaurants, rooftops, supermarkets, museums, places of interest, beaches and beach bars, transport...). See you soon. Charming small renovated duplex of 45 m2 in a courtyard with two bedrooms and an ideal location 9 min walk from the LX Factory. One of the small bedrooms has two single beds and the other a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. You can also enjoy your meals outside in a small patio at the entrance to the flat.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are narrow and steep (see photo).

Parking :
The street where the Duplex is located is free. The area is lively, so parking spaces are in high demand. A public car park (€12/day) is also a 2-minute walk from the Duplex. https://placegar.com/park/24-j...
The area :
The Alcantara district is a shopping area with many cafés and restaurants. A little less ‘touristy’ than the city centre, it is becoming increasingly trendy (LX Factory, Mirari...) You will be close to the marina (Doca de santo Amaro) for a stroll along the Tagus, LX Factory (art centre, shops, bars and restaurants), the Lisbon congress centre and Belém. By bus, train or taxi/bolt/Uber, the centre is just a few minutes away. It's very easy to get around the whole city.

How to get there:

From the airport, allow less than 30 minutes by car (normal traffic), around €20 by Uber/bolt/taxi. Train: Alcantara mar or Alcantara Terra station Tram: 15 - 18 e . Arrival: Pick-up in person or by key box depending on your arrival time.

Please inform Duplex Lx Factory 2 BR - Patio - Free parking in advance of your expected arrival time. Welcome in person or secure key box depending on your arrival time. Check in from 15.00 pm. Chek out until 11 am.

Parties/events are not allowed
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

For stays of more than 7 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required at an additional cost (excluding sheets): €40.
