With its generous living spaces and well-balanced layout, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture
-Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property
-And that all waste is cleaned up before departure

In the event of non-compliance or damage, part of the security deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repair costs.

Free street parking.

💳 Security Deposit
A €3,000 security deposit will be requested via the secure Swikly platform.
No amount is charged or blocked on your card, and the authorization is automatically released within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

🤝 Guest Welcome
Solène, your local host and a native of the region, will personally welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay to assist with anything you may need and to share her best local recommendations around the Arcachon Bay.
