Day area: an entrance, a storeroom, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob with hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker), a dining room (table + 4 chairs), a living room (sofa, armchair, shelf-desk TVBOX WIFI)
Night area: separate WC, shower room (Italian shower, double sink, hair dryer, towel dryer, washing machine/dryer), Bedroom 1 of 9.30 m² (140 cm bed), Bedroom 2 of 12.9 m² (160 cm bed) with a small balcony.

Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency, [hidden] 1 Pack of sheets and towels (140 or 160 cm bed) €42 per week.
Optional cleaning fee of €85.
In winter (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €15/day.

Sports activities (equestrian centre, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) or cultural activities (commented tour of the Quartier de la ville d'hiver, workshops for children and adults at MAAT, theatre, cinema, exhibitions, concerts, etc.) are rich in Arcachon.
We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
