Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment includes :
- A 40 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 3), including an armchair area, TV, double bed with wardrobe (sleeps 2).
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer (The washing machine and tumble dryer are accessible in the communal areas of the building).

Exterior:
- A 2 m² balcony facing the garden
- A 30 m² terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
