Located on the ground floor in a courtyard, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath) that has been completely redone. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note: work is currently underway on the building’s roof. The façade is presently covered with protective sheeting, and this is expected to remain in place until around mid-February 2026.

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Public transport :
The apartment has a parking space in the indigo parking lot in the basement of Place du Capitole, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is only accessible via a pedestrian zone, so you won't be able to park your car in front of the apartment to drop off your luggage.

- Metro: Capitole station at 5 min ( line A)
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau (via metro line A)
- Nearest airport: via the Toulouse-Blagnac airport shuttle service
