Between Toulouse (50km) and Carcassonne (53km), near the Canal du Midi, the bastide of Revel (8km) and the lake of Saint-Ferréol (nautical base at 11km), it is also a starting point towards the Tarn (Abbaye de Sorèze at 13km, Albi at 65km...). Lake Lenclas 15min (fishing). On the ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with kitchen area opening onto a terrace at the back, WC with washbasin.
