In the commune of Sète, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 42 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bathtub).

The apartment is composed as follows :
- 24 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 17 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from May to the end of September from 9am to 9pm (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).

The apartment is ideally located in Sète, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... The residence has a tennis court. Access to the garrigue for walks and to the Pierres Blanches site.

- Water sports: boat hire, Jet Ski, ski, water-ski, buoy, tow, kayak, paddle, pedalo (within walking distance).
- Cycle path in the dunes between Sète and Marseillan Plage (a paradise for cyclists, rollerbladers, etc.)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's 15m² garage.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
