Upon entering your apartment, you’ll discover:

- A welcoming entryway with ample storage, leading to the various rooms

- A semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay

- A bright and airy living area with a cozy lounge corner, large TV, and a comfortable sofa. The dining area, bathed in natural light, opens onto your private garden with a covered seating area beneath a large parasol

- The first bedroom, no air-conditioned, features a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted TV. It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet

- The second bedroom, with with AC, identical to the first, also offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet

The property is an 8-minute drive from the train station.
30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

- Local amenities such as a pharmacy, supermarket, and bike rental (5-10 min)

Additionally, within a short drive or a slightly longer walk, you can:

- Reach the Cannes city center

- Walk the steps of the famous Palais des Congrès

- Stroll along La Croisette, lined with luxury boutiques, grand hotels, and pristine sandy beaches

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
