The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers you a beautiful 53 m² apartment in Vars Les Claux, ideal for holidays with family or friends. It features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen opening onto an exceptional 140 m² west-facing terrace — a rare find in the mountains! This impressive outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and admiring the mountain views.
In winter, the terrace becomes a wonderful playground for children — they can play in the snow, build snowmen, or even make their own igloo, while parents relax in the sun on the terrace furnished with a table and chairs. A small playhouse and sleds are also available for the little ones to enjoy.
The apartment includes one double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 80 cm bunk beds, as well as an additional small bed for a child. It also has a bathroom with toilet and comes fully equipped for your comfort: cordless vacuum cleaner, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, traditional oven, induction hob, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, raclette and fondue sets, and a hairdryer. For your entertainment, you’ll also find a Google TV with internet box and board games for cozy evenings in.
The apartment’s many advantages include a private parking space, a ski locker, and a free shuttle stop right at the residence, providing easy access to the ski slopes and local shops.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included, and bed linen and towels can be provided as an optional package (€16 per person). Pets are not allowed, and all our rentals are strictly non-smoking.

Très belle résidence récente à 400m du Point Show et des premières remontées. Cette résidence possède des places privées réservées à la résidence. Celle-ci compte deux ascenseurs et un local à ski. Nous avons depuis varsea une vue sur Peynier.
