You will find at your disposal a dozen board games, a chessboard, a Wii, a synthesizer and even a bow to have fun in the garden.
The house was completely renovated and refurnished last year. It offers a pleasant living space, with its 4 air-conditioned rooms and its large veranda with 4-sided bay windows.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (large and small household appliances).
The terrace with its pergola allows you to relax on the deckchairs and eat outside.
A roof terrace offers a superb view of the starry sky. The house is located at equal distances (about 500 m) from both ends of the beaches of Quarteira and only 20 minutes walk from the famous Marina Villamoura where you can meet great celebrities.
From Quarteira, you are about 1 hour drive from the most important tourist spots in the Algarve (Sagres and Cape St. Vincent, Monchique and its multiple springs, Albufeira, Portimao, Faro, Loulé, Selves and its Arab-Muslim festival, Spain ...)
With or without a car, you can always enjoy various attractions, shopping centers and souvenir shops and very affordable restaurants.
Bonus: the close family lives just opposite and can help you with any daily problems, troubleshooting, advice, information, etc.
