Activities :
- Canal du Midi: Located at the end of the street, 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the canal and reach the “Jardin Bellevue” in a 20-minute walk, offering a view of the city of Carcassonne.
- Carcassonne city center: including train station, market, town hall and various shops, accessible in 7 minutes by car.
- Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne: 10 minutes by car.
- Lac de la Cavayère: A 15-minute drive away, offering 3 beaches, water games, accrobranche, mini-golf, ski lift, volleyball and pétanque courts, as well as dining options, the Australian park, Explor Games, and “under the stars” evenings.
- Châteaux Cathares: Less than an hour's drive.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly on the house's grounds, or there are spaces available in front of the house.

- Nearest train station: Carcassonne train station, 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Carcassonne airport, 6 minutes away by car.
- Bus line located 50 meters away, stop “Le Viguier”, which leads to the town center, the train station and the Salvaza shopping area.
