It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Carcassonne city center: including train station, market, town hall and various shops, accessible in 7 minutes by car.
- Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne: 10 minutes by car.
- Lac de la Cavayère: A 15-minute drive away, offering 3 beaches, water games, accrobranche, mini-golf, ski lift, volleyball and pétanque courts, as well as dining options, the Australian park, Explor Games, and “under the stars” evenings.
