For a family stay in the emblematic city of Nice, our accommodation welcomes you in the best conditions to enjoy the sweetness of life on the Riviera.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of an art deco building, a few streets from the Nice-Ville SNCF train station, it is not air-conditioned but has two large fans.



The accommodation is arranged as follows:

- Upon arrival you will be in the entrance corridor which first leads to a first bedroom on your left with a standard size double bed (140x190) with storage cupboard

- Then you will find a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel dryer, washing machine, WC

- Then you will have a second bedroom identical to the first in terms of space and equipment (140 bed & storage cupboard)

- Finally the corridor opens onto a very beautiful and bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), dining area with island central & stools, lounge area with sofa, TV & free WiFi connection



A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee, tea).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.



The apartment is located just 300 meters from the park & ​​the Alsace Lorraine tram station (line 2) which allows you to arrive directly from Nice Côte d'Azur airport & facilitate your trips into the city.
