I'm delighted to welcome you to my home for your next holiday! My ideally located flat has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a furnished balcony. For your convenience, you will have access to: parking, hairdryer, internet (Box 4G), parking public parking along the avenue , dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, iron and Nespresso coffee machine. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay. Travellers particularly appreciate the flat's location. Located just 3 minutes' walk from the beach and in the heart of the town centre, you'll have everything you need within easy reach. ## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, on the Côte Fleurie. The town offers a wide range of activities for families, friends and individuals. The 4 km of fine sand, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses, are ideal for fishing or sand yachting. The tourist office offers a free walking tour of the resort's most beautiful buildings. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain its older visitors. Finally, the town hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
