- Located on the 5th floor with elevator,
- Pool and tennis court are shared with residents,
- At your reception, you are provided: sheets, towels, a Welcome Kit (sponge, cleaning kit, garbage bag and toilet paper), Hygiene Kit (soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower gel), 2 coffee pods (additional to be provided)
- Very small Garage, recommanded for city car

• Maintenance:
- The apartment such as bedding and linens are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
- We will provide you with a pair of sheets and a large bath towel per person. Any extra charge or degradation will incur a fee. Please contact us in advance.

• Summer:
- In order not to penalize your stay and that of the next tenants, please make sure to remove the maximum sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please be careful not to put sand in the shower!
- The use of towels provided as beach towels is prohibited and may be penalizing, for a fee. Thanks for your understanding.
