Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area featuring a large living room with a television, ideal for relaxing in front of a film or sporting event. Right next to it is the fully equipped open kitchen. You will find: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a food processor, a kettle and a toaster. A beautiful wooden table will allow you to share convivial meals.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower and WC

Bedroom 2: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and private access to a bathroom with bathtub

Bedroom 3: has 1 King size bed (180 x 200) and 1 single bed

Bedroom 4: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and 2 sleeping spaces in bunk beds



The house also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, accessible in common, as well as an independent toilet. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.



For greater comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned.



Outside, you will enjoy a landscaped area with all the necessary furniture to relax and have your meals in the sun, around a barbecue or a plancha.



To park, you will be able to park up to 2 vehicles directly on the plot.
