Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. First floor:

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath, two basins and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby equipment (cot, bottle warmer, baby bath, changing mat, high chair), washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Cancale, in a very popular area. You'll be able to enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
