Our house is located in the heart of the village, inside a private residence secured by an electric gate.
It offers a surface area of ​​110 m² with two large parking spaces and a garage, all within a total surface area of ​​330 m².
It can accommodate up to 6 people, is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms open onto the pool.
The 4x4 pool, approximately 1.40 m deep, is heated (from June 1 to September 15), private, not shared, and for your safety, is equipped with an electric curtain.
It features a 50m² south-facing marble resin terrace, with no overlooked views, and a beautiful shade sail. It is also equipped with a round table with six armchairs, four lounge chairs, a two-person deck chair, and an ENO electric griddle.
The two bathrooms are equipped with fully tiled walk-in showers, heated towel rails, and hairdryers.
It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a stick vacuum cleaner.
The open-plan SCHMIDT kitchen features a very large central island for six people, a dishwasher, a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, an induction hob, an American-style refrigerator with a small freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an electric citrus press, and a Nespresso machine (capsules not included).
The house is equipped with a 120 cm flat screen TV, a JBL sound bar, fiber optic internet, and free Wi-Fi.
There are closets in every room, and the house is equipped with electric shutters.
For young children, we have available upon request: 1 travel cot + 1 high chair + 1 booster seat + 1 baby bath.

Ideal for a relaxing or active vacation with family or friends, just 5 km from La Palmyre beach.
Our house is located very close to the center, the bakery and the hairdresser are 600 m away, the butcher and the tobacconist are 800 m away, the "UTILE" supermarket is 1 km away and you have the covered market of MATHES on Tuesday and Friday mornings 600 m away from July 1 to August 31 and only on Fridays in the off-season as well as the night market of Mathes with its different cuisines, for dinner every Friday evening.
In addition, you have the large food and non-food market in La Palmyre every Sunday morning, as well as its Carrefour Contact. If you need larger errands and gas, you have the SUPER U store in Arvert and the INTERMARCHE store in La Tremblade.

Les Mathes / La Palmyre is also a land of horses, children can learn and ride ponies, and adults can go on long horseback rides in the forest and along the seaside.
