For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 5 m² front terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 10 m² rear terrace
- A 10 m² loggia with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A lovely, private, enclosed, south-facing garden of 180 m².
The house is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
