Nestled on the 3rd floor of the "Les Silènes" building in the heart of the 1800 Orres, you will be within walking distance of all the shops (restaurants, superette, bakery, laundry, souvenir shops...) and the entertainment of the resort.The apartment consists of an entrance with wardrobe leading to the night corner where there is a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a bunk bed 90 x 190 cm, a spacious living room with a large open kitchen and very well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, washing machine), a dining area for 8 guests and a living room with a sofa convertible into a comfortable double bed; and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed 160 x 190 cm. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet will also be at your disposal.From the small balcony, exposed to the east, you can enjoy a splendid view of the slopes and surrounding mountains, while overlooking the pretty shopping square.In a few steps you will reach the 1800 snow front and the first ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails. You will also have a private ski box to store your ski gear. For a moment of relaxation, access to the wellness area is included in your reservation with heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room (open in season only, summer and winter).
