We offer this charming 47 m² apartment with shared pool for rent in Azille, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.

Outside :
- A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from April 15 to October 15 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced.
- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the apartment
- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the apartment, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace.

The apartment is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
The residence is very quiet, relaxing and family-friendly.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Azille train station about 5 minutes away by car
- Narbonne airport about 35 minutes away by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
